Spring crops:



Strawberry:
Can be purchased at the Egg Festival for 100g
Profit per month: 500g
Grows: 8 days (afterwards produces a harvest every 4 d




Rhubarb:
Can be purchased in the Oasis desert for 100g
Profit per month: 240g
Grows: 13 days




Potato:
Can be purchased from Pierre's store for 50g
Profit per month: 210g (maybe more if you are very lucky)
Grows: 6 days




Cauliflower:
Can be purchased from Pierre's store for 80g
Profit per month: 190g
Grows: 12 days


Summer crops:



Blueberry:
Can be purchased from Pierre's store for 80g
Profit per month: 880g (maybe more if you are very lucky)

So, there is already a profit calculator linked on the wiki. This isn't super useful, and it is also not necessarily correct?

The most potential profit is in hops, due to their quick brew and aging time. After that, it is ancient fruit, due to their high sale price and low investment. Starfruit are pretty commonly regarded as the third. So a common rotation is ancient fruit in Spring, hops or Starfruit in summer, and ancient fruit again in fall, or just ancient fruit throughout.
