Description
Mods and assets I cleaned out of my collections when restarting this game in 2024. Some because they were broken or superseeded, but most just because I didn't use them anymore or to make room for others. This collection is not truly sorted, but I try to keep all mods at the top of the list.

NOTES:
  • See my complete collection for all mods and assets I use(d).
  • Compatibility Report and Improved Content Manager are superseeded by Skyve.
  • I don't need Improved Mod Upload Panel anymore since I'm no longer maintaining a mod.
  • Lumina throws (innocent?) errors in the log, both missing translation key errors (for English) and argument out of range errors for selected LUT. I went back to Render It.
  • Parallel Road Tool is superseeded by Network Multitool and gives errors in my game log.
  • Adjust Pathfinding gives errors in my game log, and is known for lag and other issues. The idea is brilliant, but it hasn't been updated since 2020.
  • No Big Truck gives an error that it can't patch CargoTruckAI_ChangeVehicleType_Transpiler.
  • More Diverse Crowd floods the streets with industrial workers, so actually less diverse.
  • Improved Wind Simulation hasn't been updated since 2016.
  • I have replaced Stats with Watch It! Revisited.
  • Compass Mod gives errors in my game log. It doesn't hide when using cinematic or free camera. If the sun travels west-to-east on older maps, you have to set an offset or adjust the longitude with another mod. The non-changeable C hotkey interferes with other mods and general typing, partly because it also responds to Alt-C and Ctrl-C.
  • Simple Clock + FPS Display doesn't add much for me. Monitor It has this functionality.
  • Note It is clumsy for editing, can't scroll in notes and triggers hotkeys when typing capitals or copy/pasting. Its own hotkeys interfere with other mods.
  • XCatcher doesn't create a log file for me.
  • Building Themes was a hard one to let go, but eventually I chose District Style Plus for the interface improvements. If you get a "Private building cannot have manual placement style" error in the game log related to a cloned building, make a local copy of that asset, unsubscribe, and remove the RICO settings file from the local folder.
  • Extra Train Station Tracks was only still required for Industrial Elevated Station. If you would use the underground station tracks, be aware that they create unwanted tunnel entrances, disrupting the ground surface.
  • Surface Paint surfaces might disappear when you change the Enhanced Pillar Control option in Move It, or when (un)subscribing anything while the game runs.
  • AutoLineColor Redux can apparently sometimes break transport lines, but I haven't encountered this myself.
  • Elevated Stops Enabler functionality is included in SharedStopEnabler.
  • Automatic Vehicle Numbers Adjuster is not compatible with IPT2.
  • Instead of Toggleable Whiteness I use Toggle It to toggle automatic infoviews.
  • Some Vanilla+ roads now have built-in equivalents.
  • Invisible Pedestrian Path was only required for The Great Wall Entrance. The also included 8m and 16m versions give Asset Naming Conflict errors in Loading Screen Mod.
  • Brooklyn shop corners couldn't upgrade, because I have no level 2 of these sizes.
  • Eurorow 47, 48 and 49, and Eurocorner 31, 33, 34 and 41 don't really look commercial.
  • Container train 1 is too long: the last car extends just past the crossover track at the end of a freight terminal, preventing the train to reverse when there is a second waiting train behind it, creating a deadlock.
  • Several of the CIV People citizens (this pack and others by the same creator) give huge ghost citizens in tunnels. Hopefully the wheelchair user doesn't.
  • Flatlands (2.5) was replaced by Flatlands 2.5 Infrastructure+.
  • Volkswagen Touran NL Brandweer looks weird with hoses attached during fire fighting.
  • Agricultrual Processing 3x2 has an unknown missing fence prop.
  • Horse barn 3x2 uses a haybale prop (530868580) that isn't on the workshop anymore.
  • Advanced Incineration Plant and Large Advanced Incineration Plant were replaced by the same assets with fixed LODs.
  • Containers Endcaps and Container Lots get misplaced in their own "Large Roads" tab in the Transport toolbar. The Lots also have 1206, 969 and 1656 triangles LOD meshes.
  • Stop Traffic Jams - Gap-Fill Steetside Park, 2x2 playground and the Agricultural Fields don't show thumbnail images in the toolbar.
  • Better Planes Packs were replaced by their Airport DLC versions.
  • Factory 2x1 & 3x1 and 4x3B were replaced by the Industrial Evolution DLC.
  • Industrial Elevated Station is actually really cool, but it was the only station left that requires the Extra Train Station Tracks mod. I don't often use elevated rail and have enough options with several CCP I have.
  • French Arrows and Lines Pack: I only used the Arrow Merge Right, for detailing.
  • CAF Urbos 3 Utrecht Uithoflijn dual consist is too long for regular use.
  • CimEco Headquarter has a weird spawn place for vehicles that can't be changed.
  • Diner Seats Red and Green Ivy are listed as requirement for Renaissance houses, but are not used.
  • Dutch Traffic Lights have a weird red glow on the LOD, even when the light is green.
