In Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, Weapon Charms are earned through challenges in Ranked Play and Special Ops modes as well as in Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 modes Battle Royale and DMZ. Some can also be purchased through the store or by progressing the Battle Pass. Others are obtained via events or promotional collaboration.

Every Weapon Charm unlocked in Modern Warfare II is also available in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III.
