輕軌警示號誌 Tram pedestrian signal lights

Description
*使用場景：警示路口即將有輕軌經過

*如何使用：用 Find it 或是 BOB 都能找到

*注意事項：
1.若要與路口燈號連動，需使用 BOB 模組將原有號誌替換，不然原資產就只是 prop 而已，無任何功能。
2.這燈號警示的對象是行人，因此在遊戲中看起來很矮是正常的，高度約2米多一些。
