Download and install the latest version of Borderless Gaming: https://github.com/Codeusa/Borderless-Gaming/releases/tag/9.5.6
Next we will calculate your window border adjustments for your specific monitor. Use the formula below:
X = (544 / 416) * YOUR_SCREEN_HEIGHT offset = (YOUR_SCREEN_WIDTH - X) / 2
Just round to the nearest number.
You can also use this link[www.wolframalpha.com].
Replace Y = YOUR_SCREEN_HEIGHT and X = YOUR_SCREEN_WIDTH.
Start Disillusion.
Start Borderless Gaming.
Find Disillusion in Borderless Gaming and add it to favorites.
Rightclick on Disillusion in the favorites tab and copy these settings:
Next click "Adjust Window Bounds".
- In the first window enter your previously calculated offset. (In this example 254 for me.)
- In the second you input the negative offset.
- Third and fourth you keep at zero.

You are good to go.

If you still want black bars like I have, then:

Download a completely black image.
Open it in an image viewer and make it fullscreen/slideshow. (I use Ifranview[www.irfanview.com])
Switch back to Disillusion and it should work.

@Dampfsalzig I’m AFK now, but I mean a situation, from 2 floor when first encountering Mel cutscene. It’s not scaled properly. I don’t know if anything could be done with this, because it’s a video put in game, with static size

There is a problem in cutscenes where those are small in left corner. Cutscenes doesn't scale properly

I did, but i only got a very small fullscreen window with massive black bars.

Then u can try right-click a bar at the top and in options choose "Launch in fullscreen"
