Hochland Long Rifle Fix

Beskrivning
Patches the game breaking bug CA introduced in the Thrones of Decay DLC that caused Hochland Long Rifles to not be able to see through their fancy scopes.

This mod switches the eye patch from the right eye to the left one.

Anyone know how this affects the balance? I'm worried this mod might make Long Rifles too OP, like when they added seatbelts to the Gyrocopters.
