If you wanna use cheats while playing the game than this is the guide for you

Cheat Codes:

Dismemberment: INSANEGIBSMODEGOOD

The Hill Level Code

I made a seperate guide for this for people that didn't wanna look at the cheats but just wanted to play the secret level The Hill
But If you don't wanna swap guides then here is the code and how it works

Enter the code BRIMSTONEINTHEBAYOU in the Cheats Section

Then:

If you were at The Town Hall simply finish the level and it should take you to the The Hill level
If you start a new game play the game normally and once you finish The Town Hall level and it should take you to The Hill

Have Fun on the Secret Level

Thanks for the list.
I just wanted to add, that activating cheats doesn't disable achievements. I had a very hard time with the mecha level on hard, almost giving up. I used the regain health cheat for that and it didn't effect achievements at all.
