Report a translation problem
This only happens when multiple reports had been sent to PixelTail Games over the course of a few days, or a week.
Whether this was intentional as a way to look like a separate instance, or laziness from the players report who didn't report it until a later date,
The fact is, you had an active temporary mute and in no way is it possible to receive a permanent mute when you cannot speak to cause additional reports.
Take this into consideration when appealing, and I suggest bringing attention to the matter in a review.

I had to post here as your comments are locked, and MacDGuy has banned me from commenting on Tower Unite screenshots, as this isn't the first time I have provided information to players on the reasoning for their bans.
