Inventory Show All Tabs By Default

Description
A small fix to equipment/inventory and store dialogs: the first time one is opened after loading a game, it will open with all inventory types selected rather than just weapons. Later invocations will remember the tabs selected in previous invocations, as per standard game behavior.

Also available as part of the Bugnibus Bugfix Pack.
