To upload a character, you first need one, then click in the button to play the game and go to the candidate list and click to create one. Take your time to customize it and also put the atribute points and such. after it, click in the button "done"

Tip: If you click in the infinite points option, your character won't be playable on PvP. If you use an item from "Cabinet Of Curiosities" DLC, your character will automatically be flaired as "DLC required".

After creating, go back to the menu, and click in the "DLC" button and click to upload it, after that you'll create the page but its still not public

Go to the mod page in your workshop and go to the "change visibility" button, then change it to public.
