求适配1.6。

试着改这个mod适配1.6：
1. LongEventHandler.QueueLongEvent这个原版的方法在1.6变化了，参数要改一下
2. PatchMechanoidRecipes这个方法里的有allRecipesCached的地方要改
3. FloatMenuMakerMap_AddHumanlikeOrders 补丁要重写了

隔壁技能拓展子mod，我就不会改了。

@kongkim this one has .dds textures added which the original mod doesn't, plus this here is apparently merged with his universal patch.

乘法加成可一点不少，打一些mod机械体，两百多穿甲跟摆设一样。。。虽然加法可能更平衡？

能不能把涉及增加护甲的模块，xml文件里把 statFactors 改成 statOffsets ？
乘法计算加成太少了，改成加法更合理一点。
比如把 利器护甲 * 140%，改成：利器护甲 + 40%

貌似和Performance Optimizer冲突 无法显示详情界面

给部件效率的配件无效了，属性还是没变，记得1.4的时候还可以的
