You must talk to every sister in the orchard during Chapters 2-4

-A clone about town
Talk to all characters in old town while collecting ingredients during chapter 6

-Somebody has to tend bar
-Talk to everyone in old town and the orchard when the orchard opens up to you in chapter 6

This part will show you how to get to the places from the start of chapter 2

These are the first steps for those that only need one of the place's

-Go down the elevator after talking to the Principal
-Go right towards a glass tunnel
-Go through the glass tunnel
-Go right
-Go past the big doorway with the statues and waterfall

I think it's a fox
-go straight towards the glass tunnel
-take the first right in the skull tunnel

A prayer room
-From the statue and waterfall room, go through the glass tunnel
-Do not go right and continue forward in the tunnel
-Exit the tunnel and head up the stairs on the right
-Go up the stairs to the left and then enter the room

Do some self-reflection
-From the statue and waterfall room, Go down the stairs with the sign that has a D
-Turn left

In the ground
-From the statue and waterfall room, exit the big doorway and head right (opposite of the statues)
-Go straight past the Statue heads
-Follow the curve until you see a Spine like sculpture on the wall
-Go opposite of the sculpture towards a small doorway
-Go left
-Go up the Ramp

Pacific 50 Descent
-During Chapter 9, listen to every person of the past.

For when you get the choice to pick which lights to turn on and off

An Ending: The Law
-Turn off the lights only for Mauve

An Ending: Her Name is Not Mauve
-Do not turn off any lights

Ending: Epitaphs (Blue)
-Turn off the lights for Red Guard, Principal and Mauve

Ending: Epitaphs (Red)
-Turn off the lights for Red Guard and Mauve
