The OvN Lost Factions: Araby mod has a racial capital for the people of Araby in Al-Haikk. This mod adds in a special herdstone for taking it.

Hubris Punished
The Arabyans as a people have for so long tried to steal away the power of Chaos without fully embracing it and now they feel the consequences of such hubris.
Grants an decrease in Fatigue accumulation in increments of 3% per level.
