Note: the normal goku uniform model's "Horror Child !" and "Pupil" (that shrinks the pupil size) on face posing does not work, the only way you can make her eyes shrink is to use advanced bone tool, go to Eye_L and Eye_R and go to "edit scale" to change her eye size
