Building in Rows
Chickens are most efficient with single homes, vegetables need the extra manpower. So how do you get a nice neat street without doing weird plot shape shenanigans?

You build 5 singles, delete 2, and build a double with a big plot behind it.

That's it, that's the guide. Enjoy!

The balance may have changed since this was made - but if you're right, this is still valid IF you're planning to make them T3+

Single burgages with a 1.0 morgen garden are more efficient in my experience. Though at that size, they take longer to get going. But in general, 2 single burgage veggie gardens with 60%+ the garden size of a double burgage will have shorter walking times and thus bring in more per family.

can you do one for orchards?

The size is listed in the middle of the picture, but you can afford to go a little smaller, just don't go bigger unless you're planning on upgrading them to T3 plots.
