changed local flaresound to global ENT.FlareSound in env_betaflare.lua because it was causing errors on onremove and PhysicsCollide

it happens because you didnt check if weapon function called clientside,
so there is example:
function F()
if(CLIENT) then return end
print("only server print that")
end
