Background and Formation

In the aftermath of the Clone Wars, the Galactic Empire faced the challenge of maintaining order across its vast territories. To address this, Emperor Palpatine established the United Regions Security Forces (URSF), drawing inspiration from the Republic Judicial Corps, which had served as a peacekeeping and law enforcement body during the era of the Galactic Republic. The URSF were designed to operate similarly to the Judicial Corps, focusing on maintaining peace, security, and stability across the diverse regions of the Empire.
