Mute Special Infected Music /w Special Infected Voice Cues (Bacteria Replacement)

Description
Mutes pounced music of all special infected except the tank and witch and replaces the default piano/string music spawn cues with ambient sounds coming from the special infected.

I didn't make any of this i simply combined this mods:
