У меня ноутбук с RTX 3050 на Windows 11 и проблему с черным экраном в этой игре я не мог решить с самого начала.
В итоге я справился с ней с помощью Nvidia Control Panel. Я сделал следующее:
1) Открыл управление параметрами 3D
2) Открыл программные настройки
3) добавил в программные настройки railworks64.exe
4) Выбрал для игры высокопроизводительный процессор NVIDIA (эта опция находится сразу внизу поля пути к приложению)
5) В графе "ГП рендеринга OpenGL" выбрал свою видеокарту
И игра заработала, до этого у меня после загрузок был черный экран.
Хз, может этот способ снижает производительность в игре, но она хотя бы работает.

I have a laptop with RTX 3050 on Windows 11 and I couldn't solve the problem with the black screen in this game from the very beginning.
In the end, I managed it with the Nvidia Control Panel. I did the following:
1) Opened the 3D parameter control
2) Opened the program settings
3) added to the program settings railworks64.exe
4) I chose a high-performance NVIDIA processor for the game (this option is located immediately at the bottom of the application path field)
5) In the "OpenGL rendering GP" column, I selected my video card
And the game worked, before that I had a black screen after downloads.
