Go to: D: \ Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ steamapps \ workshop \ content \ 2870 \ 1638805483 ...
2870 corresponds to the number of the game, the other number to the mod. Once inside you should be able to edit it without worry with a text editor like notepad ++. I haven't modded this game for a long time, but normally it's nothing complicated. You can repost it afterwards if you've managed to edit it. I find it strange that it no longer works anyway, are you sure you don't have a conflict with another mod?
