"To remove blurry textures:
1. Download the latest DLSS dll driver (nvngx_dlss.dll) and update(replace) the file manually in the game directory.
2. If you have Nvidia Card then, Enable DLDSR factors (1.78x DL and 2.25x DL), which will enable you to set your game to higher resolution than your monitor's native resolution."

You can tune for the best visual settings possible according to your system specs that can give you constant 60 fps...and turn on V sync.
Your game will run smooth.

Extreme has little to no difference visually over Ultra, but performance cost is huge.
