Chainsaw reserve ammo + reload

This addon gives chainsaw 20 reserve ammo and makes chainsaw auto-reload when reaching 1 ammo in "clip" to prevent chainsaw from being automatically discarded. For reference the default "clip" is 30 ammo.
There is no animation for reloading a chainsaw so I simply play the gas pouring sound and move chainsaw to the starting up state.

Also has changable setting at path "left4dead2/ems/nescius/chainsaw_reserve/chainsaw_reserve_max.txt" to set custom reserve count between 1 and 200 (default for this addon is 20)

Fun fact:
By default reserve ammo is always 1 ammo and the cvar ammo_chainsaw_max is ignored completely. This 1 ammo can also be reloaded and you can see the clip increase by a bit though there is no animation and the only indication that you are reloading is that you can't shove or use the chainsaw.
