Deskripsi
Dark Times is a unofficial submod for Awakening of the Rebellion. It takes the main mod back to the early years, just after Order 66 had been executed by the Empire.
With the death of the main CIS leadership, the empire solidifies its grip over the galaxy. Small holdouts try their best to hold on to as much territory as they can before the imperial armada arrives.

Officially, there never was a clone rebellion, but we are here to prove the empire wrong...

Play as one of the two holdout factions, the CIS Remnant or the Clone Rebellion! Fight against the aspiring empire, push back the early rebellion and continue the fight of your liking!

Dark Times focuses on the time period between 19 BBY up until 0 ABY, with the Battle of Yavin being the final event in a long chain of missions all factions can do in the future.
Primary goals are to convert the basic 3 factions of AotR into a early state, with known heroes and units from famous TV-Series and animated series.
The Team aims to include the best content from Legends and Games, while also picking some parts of canon that fit the timeline and fill in necessary spots in each factions roster.

Current available Content:
Playable Holdout factions inside the massive Galactic Conquest, being a showcase of both factions upcoming rosters for new, smaller scale GCs based on the lore operations.

TO ENABLE:
1. Go to your Steam Library.
2. Right click the game.
3. Click Properties.
4. Scroll down to Launch Options in General.

The Praetor Class SSD breaks my game. Crashes when trying to load combat with it.

I just cracked open the mod files, and my lord what an actual mess. No wonder progress is so slow. 12 different SFXEvent .xml files, jesus.

A warning in the desc mentioning that the maw missions and shit don't work properly would be helpful lost 8 hrs of game time.

@GoldenMuckbang I believe GE has buffed a lot of CIS content, GE is not made by us though, and yeah of course
@Shosan Night There are currently no Jedi for the Clone Rebellion, however in future I see that it could be likely to change
@Zulu we've noted it down, hasn't caused any issues so it should be fine for now but in future versions I think it will be fixed
and to a number of you, there have been a lot of reports lately revealing concerning bugs with rebel and imperial ground lobbed artillery. These seem odd since they haven't been changed since base AOTR as far as I'm aware but we will look into it, unfortunately at this moment the best answer I have for you is to not use it (I know, not a good answer but its the only one we have)

Is there any general strategy for being the Clone Rebellion? I found it really hard, even on the lowest possible difficulty. The lack of resources and units, against the massive Empire make it very easy to lose. Not complaining ofc, just asking.

Then I must be insane! Because I feel like I kept the same strategy/tactic since the beginning of the mods release (1.5) and even playing on death stick, I feel like I was not only able to hold my own but also win decisively against some factions.

Like on the dark times - expansion submod?
(I don't know if it's part of this mod, created by the same Modders, or uses the same files, etc)
that feel familiar to how I played when I first started. IDK.

Anyway thank you so much @Reece Barton >.< for responding, you did not have to. I was just venting, This is a great Mod and I will always keep playing it.
