first, you have to obviously spawn into the map of choice, choose godmode on so you dont take damage or sometimes die when trying to take a picture.

if you press C ingame, it will let your camera fly around whilst everything is slowed down, this is how i make many of the pictures seen in the discord server of EKS
whilst youre doing whatever you wa nted to do to turn into a picture, press c very quickly and take a picture of it. Then you modify it (optional) and youre done!
