Animated Labrat Portraits for 3.12+

At first, this mod was simply a port of Tummyache Survivor's LabRats for version 3.12. Then I thought, why stop there? The rats deserve to show up in your games and have a story that's easy to jump into. And so I have also added:


The Skinean Ascendancy. This is the default civ/species for this portrait and should allow it to spawn as AI in your games. The Skinean Ascendancy is technocratic autocracy built on the shoulders of giants. Cultivated by a mysterious benefactor that has since abandoned them, the Skineans have leapfrogged their way into FTL travel and must now search for answers as to what it's all for.

The Skinean Ascendancy is a dictatorship run by the Overseer with a Fanatical Materialist ethos. Skineans are Docile, Natural Sociologists, and Quick Learners, but Fleeting and Weak. Their leaders are ambitious and vain, constantly squabbling to be recognized for their brilliance and achievement. Will they make friends with their neighbors or treat them with scorn? Will they save the galaxy or bring it to ruin? The choice is yours.
