Turning off Steam Cloud synchronization

I have seen a lot of users locating their savegame.bin file and deleting it but were still unable to reset their game, this is because of the feature called Steam Cloud which enables steam to save a copy of our saved file online.

You can turn this off from
Steam > Settings > Cloud > Enable Steam Cloud
Locating the SAVEGAME.BIN file

You can use this address to delete the save file of any game:

*Your Drive\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\*Your Friend Code\*Game's App ID\remote

NOTE: Directories marked with * may differ from user to user
  • Your Drive: The drive you used for installing steam
  • Your Friend Code: You can check this on "Friends > Add a Friend > Your Friend Code"
  • Game's App ID: It is an unique ID that is used to represent each app. You can check this on "Properties > Updates > App ID"

For example: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\1242481645\966330\remote", this is where my savegame.bin was located. I stored Flower on C: drive; 1242481645 is my Friend Code; and 966330 is the App ID of Flower.

After accessing the remote folder, you'll see the savegame.bin file; delete this if you want to reset your game.
Last step

NOTE: After deleting the savegame.bin, you can still get back your save data before doing this step in case you change your mind

Once you have made up your mind, simply launch the game and voilà, enjoy your new game. Make sure to turn on Enable Steam Cloud after launching the game.

What happens if you turn on Enable Steam Cloud before launching the game?
You get back your save data and you basically don't reset the game. That's why I mentioned that you can still get back your save data i.e. if you don't launch the game first.
Extras

I made this guide for Flower but I have also given all the details required to reset any game on steam

Fun facts:
App ID 7 represents steam client
App ID 760 represents steam screenshots

This is my first time writing a guide; I have shared the information based on everything I know but if there's any mistake, do let me know in the comments and I'll make sure to correct it.
