Hello! Heres a small little mod I made that simply replaces the default Assault Rifle sprite with the RK-62. The default one is a little lame and generic imo, and I think the RK-62 Fits the Retro-futuristic vibe of the game much more. The RK-62 is also a 7.62 rifle! :D

Simply go navigate to ...\steamapps\common\Hidden Deep\graphics\weapons folder.
Save this file as "rifle1a.png" (You will ll have to copy the file link and paste it into a browser)
Save this as "rifle1a_nomag.png"
Then this one as "ar_mag.png"
Then Drag them all into the folder and replace!
I would recommend making copies of the original PNGs, though if you do not, you can always get back the original sprite PNGs by simply verifying your game properties!

That's it. You should now have a RK-62 when you play Hidden Deep. Let me know if there are any issues! Have fun!
