(8p) A Little Less Safe Haven

Beskrivelse
Remake of my CoH2 Comp Stomp Map. This version has an additional connection to the rural part in the north for a more competetive gameplay. Adjusted the value of some ressource points and added a second victory point to rebalance the new map layout.

@JackMama: Well, there are still the common things to check:

- verify game files
- update graphics driver
- check if the map crashes without mods, too

I removed some grass since grass is a performance killer. Rural area has by its nature still a lot of grass but I hope the reduced amount helps.

I tried this map again with the same mods, but reduced the population cap to 200 and it still crashes about 20 minutes in. Before the 2.0 update it was fine with a pop cap of 480. Guess I will just have to do without this map since its the only one crashing for me. Thanks for trying.

Had a 2 hours match with gamemode+ default settings and luftwaffe mod. No crash but a few sound bugs. Dunno about your settings of gamemode+ but I recommend you check if any of those settings responsible for your crashes. Safe Haven and A little less Safe Haven use invernerable bridges props and gamemode+ has an option to modify bridges so if you have this option on something else than default I recommend starting your search with this option. Other than that there isn't anything I can do since this doesn't seem map related.

For me this sounds really more like a mod issue or the combination of your two mods. maybe a problem with too high ressources and popcap, too, leading to a memory issue which can be game related, no mater what the limits of your hardware are.

I'm gonna try a match with gamemode+ and luftwaffe myself and see if I can reproduce the crash.

Tried the map with your updates and it crashed about 20 minutes in. I tried it again after verifying the game files, made sure I had the latest Nvidia drivers and performed a clean boot, but it still crashed about 20 minutes in. I used the Game Modes+ and Luftwaffe Angriff mods like I do on every map. I always play annihilation if that matters and with me and an AI vs 4 AI. The map had never crashed before the 2.0 update. The only other map that has started crashing for me since the 2.0 update is one called [4v4] Hot Point Bridge. I appreciate your efforts to solve this problem.

I made a few changes that might improve performance and removed a few objects that might caused crashes. Hope that fixes the problem.

Sadly the new update didn't fix the crashing problem with this great map.

Sadly this great map now crashes every time I play it after about 10 minutes. It worked fine until the last game update and now crashes no matter what army I am using or which side of the map I choose to start from. I don't receive any error messages, it just crashes the game to the desktop. Not sure if its just me having this issue. I play every map using the Lufwaffe Agriff and Game Modes+ mods. I haven't had crashes using other custom maps. Not sure if this is something you could check out or maybe the issue will get straightened out with the next game update. Thanks for making a great map.
