Victory Conditions Overhaul SFO Submod

Description
Firstly, the most important information.

*****All credit goes to Oh_Man and Wolfy. These two are superstars. This mod goes beyond the scope of just changing victory conditions. It changes how you experience the game. Gone are the generic raze 99 settlements. Instead, you have a thematic and flavorful experience. Instead, you are left with a narrative campaign. You two rock and I wish CA would try to emulate your work!


*****Thank you Venris and your team for making SFO. I always have to play the game with Grimhammer.


*****What this submod does:
Updates unit stats
Attempted to match SFO balance on abilities
Copied the SFO LL artifacts stats and effects
Added caps to Morathi's slaanesh demons
Added a hidden cap to Wulfric's settlements for the Exalted Demons that he can unlock



*****What this submod does not do:
Fix any crashes related to scripting. This is beyond my skill level.
" Certain mods can't handle multi-lord quest battles and will crash when attempting to teleport to them (eg SFO)"
"Cost based army caps mod can freeze the game when a dilemma comes up, including dilemmas that this mod has"
"I advise leaving Context Viewer on at all times so you can detect script breaks"







Basic Mod trouble Troubleshooting
*****We will try help trouble shoot a mod conflict, but we WILL ASK YOU FIRST TO:
Download Prop Joe/Shazbot's Mod manager,[github.com] which will tell you if there are outdated, missing required, or conflicting mods
*****Unsub and resub to this and all required mods incase any were corrupted while being downloaded from Steam, and verify steam game files
*****Don't manually adjust the load order. If you have Prop Joe's mod manager, right click on the word order, to make sure your list is set to default load order.
*****Just try with the required mods to make sure it loads
*****And then if you still don't know what's going on, post more detailed information than just, "Doesn't work/Crashes/I have a conflict."[/b]

So far I just use the other version with SFO and it has worked, well, up until the recent update.

@GabeSky When playing for Norsk, after completing Road 1, no god units appear. I doubt the SFO is the problem. Most likely a bug of two mods

Hey just a heads up I think I noticed an issue with Golgfag's 2nd win condition. It says to construct 3 Treasure Hordes which is normally an Ogre camp item but SFO changes camps around so you can't build them.
