Description
May your Lambda fights be filled with misfortune while your Lambdas use the misfortune in question.

I introduce to you THE MISERY SIMULATOR!!!

With this weapon, the lambdas can now get struck by lightning just like Misery

After the lightning strike, the user will gain the hindered effect for 23 seconds, while those who got hit by the explosion gain the incapacitated and exposed effects for 12 seconds

NOTE: this may or may not conflict with the OG Misery Simulator, if you wanna use this, uninstall the OG for good measure!
