Witch item drop: Defibrillator

Description
LOCAL SERVER ONLY.

This script makes Witch drop a defib when killed

Note: somehow it doesn't work with 1 shot instakill mods, meaning Witch MUST be startled then killed

Also, this thing works in Realism Expert. Have fun.

taken from the file, it is indeed spawning pills.
