How to complete "Sledge-hammer-time!" achievement.

So, I've been playing Lucius II and trying to complete every achievements. There's an achievement that took me so long, it's "Sledge-hammer-time!" achievement. What took it me so long is I couldn't find the Sledge Hammer. So, in this guide, I'll show you what's required and where the hammer is.

Required Skill.
First, I'm not sure if there's other method or not, but my method is you need to upgrade Lucius' Telekinetic Skill. The skill you need to upgrade for this method is "Pull"

Locate the hammer and complete the achievement.
After you've upgraded Lucius' Skill, Now you have to locate to Hammer. The hammer will be sitting on the edge of the building near the wood chipper. What you have to do is wait for someone to stand on where the Hammer is, then you have to use the "Pull" skill to pull the hammer out of the edge and hit the person.

Useful Information
1. I recommend you save the game and try to complete the achievement. If it does not work, reload the save file and try to reposition yourself, then pull the hammer again.

2. You have to stand in front of that person, not too far, not too close. (Because the "Pull" skill will pull the object toward to you.)

3. You don't need to pull the hammer to the person to death. Just a slightly hit is good. and that's how you unlock the achievement!

You can also just posess one of the NPC's, grab the sledge, and hit another NPC with it. still counts.
