This walkthrough is for the Baloon Escape the last chapter.
Find the magic cup – should be outside the Door of Memories – and place it on the podium as usual. Grab the Mask, a crawl space will open on your left after the cutscene. Go throw it. Duck down and step into the vent. You will see some rooms full of children with a mask on, this is a view of the upcoming area. Once you make it to the end of the vent drop down from the air duct.

Discover what is in the laundry and its secrets.

You start out next to an open room with three toilets. Turn around and go further down the hall behind you. There is a wooden panel along the wall that has some screws in it along the way. At the end there will be on your right a girl inside a room and she will be facing you when you open the door. Allow her to step out and she will eventually come out of the room. Wait around she will cry, you have to stay close to her to prevent her from crying and to make her advance. Continue to follow her, she will eventually enter a room with a bunk bed. She will sit on the bed and reveal the code for the laundry.
Step out of the room and go right. You’ll pass by a blue door that cannot be open. You can check out the Suspicious Gap under the table to the left of the door and actually get into that room. If you go inside you will find the Crafting Boy inside. You have to give him some blueprints. There is a screwdriver inside but you can take it only when he leaves the room.
Move upstairs you can find a keypad input the code from the Special Girl to open the laundry door. It will lead you to the area with Sister Philippa. Sneak by to the small building up ahead and speak to the blue handed kid Not so young anymore.
Go to the back and head inside, speak to William Bismarck inside the building. He will give you the last mission. Grab the Baloon Blueprints on the table next to him. Speak to him again, he will teach to you the special power of your mask Teleportation. Teleport out of the hut and go back in the laundry and leave them in the Crafting Kid room. DROP them you cant give him the blueprints for now.
Before you can actually give the blueprints to the kid, you must kill Sister Philippa. She must be killed with the Explosive Doll. Go back to your room (the one where you spawn in everytime) and get the doll from the middle shelf under the bed.
To kill Sister Philippa, hide inside of the locker in the garage and wait for Sister Philippa to enter the garage then walk by the locker. When she is on her way toward the window, send the explosive doll toward her.

REMEMBER TO HIT THE BOOGIE ON THE OLD LADY FOR CAPTURING INNOCENT CHILDREN. This part is really important btw TUTORIAL (must watch)

Good, after the nice dance, go back into the laundry area and give the Balloon Blueprint to the crafting boy. He will get out of the room and start moving the kids outside in the parking lot. (I don't know why but my man started moonwalking) Get the screwdriver from the table after he left.

Go down the corridor and search for 2 boards with screw, unscrew them, you will reveal 2 Gas Cylinder Carry the Gas Cylinder up the stairs and out of the laundry.
The building where William was now is turned over, you have to place the two canisters on the sign. Go and take the second one too.
Now you have to light up the gas, you need a Torch to do so, there are some around but you can find one in the church, if it's not open you have to go up the roof to the red door. Go to the basement area there is a Torch in the corner just after coming down the stairs before going into the graveyard.
After getting the torch you have to light it up, go back to the house and inside the altar room, drop the torch on the altar and wait for it to light up, then go down in the garden and teleport over the fence using the mask power.
Speak to William after lighting the cylinders (or before). He will tell you that a child seems to be missing. Willian will move the van away from the entrace. Go back down to the laundry and search for the Special Girl, she is back in the room where you found her. Stay close to her so she will move toward and not cry, make her lead the way (follow her). When she reaches the top of the stairs, she will pause and then run inside the main house. She will enter the restroom near the soda machine. When you interact with her she will tell you that she misses her Bear Toy. Thankfully that is nearby. Go up the ladder in the same restroom that she stops in. Open the door, if the room down the hall to the right is locked, you'll need to go back through the vents on this floor and search for the Lost Toys Key, when you find it, open the door, get the bear and give it to her. After doing so you have to guide her back to the parking lot.
And that's it, just enter the ballon and you finished this chapter and the entire game!
