"Dalgarian Decoder (Completed)

Here's my updated decoder! After an afternoon of playing in gimp, I've made something you all can download and print for yourselves!

As requested, Dalgarian numbers have been added to the decoder. When I uploaded my incomplete decoder, I hadn't actually worked it out yet, but then I noticed something about the Dalgarian relics I had been collecting and throwing at the Baron for cash. You may start to recognize a group of relics that have familiar shapes... (Okay, I'll spill. As it turns out, some of the relics are actually Dalgarian dice, so I whipped out my D20 and started working the numbers out.)

This has been updated to include the glyphs for the colon and semicolon.

Aside from that, I can assure you there are no mistakes on this and it is fully functional. I've used it to the point that I don't even need it anymore, and can simply read or write in Dalgarian as I please.

(Yes, some pairs of letters are represented by the same glyph. These pairs are: "V" & "W", "I" & "Y", and "Q" & "K".)

Speaking of the ampersand, "&," As far as I have read, there is no glyph for this, or at least it hasn't been used yet.
