Zpherians - [Castaway's Custom Race]

"Deep Zpheri, an Ocean Planet with depths exceeding 100km is home to the Zpherians, an advanced and expanding faction that seeks territory over multiple star systems. Zpherians are intelligent deep ocean beings with a strong sense of community within their social structures."
