En mi caso la última nota estaba en el Estanque y habia pasado por alli muchisimas veces, imprimanse el mapa y revisen todas las zonas.

No hay mas solución.

I don't know if it was a glitch or not but when I got to that area the book was already open. I don't remember getting the note before (but I walked away from the game for about a year).
