Lower leverage treshold (100)

Description
Lowers the Leverage Advantage treshold for joining and inviting to Power Blocs to 100 instead of 200. This makes it easier for nations to qualify for this treshold, but does not make it more likely for them to want to join.

This mod is for if you're having a hard time getting nations that want to join you or for getting Power Blocs to allow you to join with a lower barrier for their influence in your nation.

This is likely to be the most 'balanced' version that I make but take that with a grain of salt. I have only run an observation game until 1880 and the world seemed fine this way.

Yes, it looks like there's a conflict with other mods. The mod works when I create a new modset with just this one. I will figure out which other mod is conflicting. Thanks!

I just verified there are no other changes so if the mod doesn't work for you that is likely to be a mod conflict if I had to guess. I did check if it's the difference between me having the original mod on my pc, but the downloaded version from Steam works for me as well

Seems to still be functional when used on its own. If you are using other mods they might be modifying the same file. Other things in this file they might be changing are either this same value or things related to liberty desire. Unfortunately these are both in the same file.

If it does not work for you even when not using other mods, and having verified the files and all that basic stuff do let me know though. This is a very very simple mod so the only way this breaks is if Paradox changes the file this is listed in.

Just to be sure I will check if they made other changes to the file in the hotfix so I'm not accidentally forcing people into playing an older valuation for liberty desire or something like that
