Recolor of my darker, greyer, transparent spawnmenu UI back to the original colors where it all started! Per request of Chaotic!

If you missed the other one:
To my surprise there isn't any gray gray spawn menu in existence. What it's based off has a blue hue to it. This should have no trace of any colors! Did 99% to not make it look tacky.

I like dark grays, as is my Windows theme. I hope your eyes will appreciate it.

Background is still very dark and no hue, just the accents are reverted!
