Better SG 552 script.
Close or far, this gun does it all.

This script is intended for players who want a more powerful SG 552 in L4D2 that fulfills the role of a medium-firing, scoped AR. I gave it some large buffs without making it extremely overpowered.


Stat changes (Simple)
*Higher DPS (400 > 525)
*Lower fire rate
*Reduced spread
*Infinite range
*No damage dropoff
*More penetration

Stat changes (Full)
+Increased damage (33 > 50)
+Removed damage dropoff
+Infinite range
+Increased penetration count (2 > 3)
+Increased penetration power (50% > 80%)
+Reduced max spread (30 > 25)
-Decreased fire rate per minute (727 > 630) / fire rate per second (12.12 > 10.5)

This is my favorite gun when I was playing CS when I was a kid.....

Thanks for buffing it up, I'm fed up using AK and Hoshinos Shotgun. XD

Yup, while the AK47 has more DPS, this has far more range, and as a bonus you get to 1 shot Commons on Normal difficulties.

The reload duration is the only thing that's holding this back, otherwise it would be extremely busted.

I've been playing with this script for a couple of months now and dam, its amazing. It actually makes it worthy to pick up. Better than the M16 and Scar, the AK still outclasses it by a bit. (The scope does help) It feels balanced not too op.
