Here is what I have gathered from videos and gameplay:
Drill parts

- Near Speed Cola (Excavation Area) [Spawn > Door to the right]

- Near Stamina-Up (Portal Area) [Spawn > Door to the right > Straight > Past PaP, to the left of Stamina-Up]

Past Jug outside (The Garden) [Spawn > Door to the left > Straight > Door to the far right of Double Tap > Past Jug leading to the outside area]

- To the right of the Boss portal (The Temple) [Spawn > Door to the left > Straight > Further on straight until you see the large circle portal gate]

- To the left of Deadshot (Undercroft Area) [Spawn > Door to the left > Straight > Door to the far left > Straight, before the throne room]


Shield Locations
Dragon Head
- Past Jug outside on a room as you enter the outside area (The Garden) [Spawn > Door to the left > Straight > Door to the far right of Double Tap > Past Jug leading to the outside area]


Lower part
- Exiting the throne room to the left by a Tent (Castle Exterior Path) [Spawn > Door to the left > Straight > Door to the far left > Straight right, where a green skull is visible]



Window
- In the throne room at the back facing the front of the room (Throneroom) [Spawn > Door to the left > Straight > Door to the far left > Straight > Door to the throneroom > Far left of the back]
