For this one, just walk up to the house near the entrance.


Fallen Tree Bridge 1
When prompted to sneak around the blue dogs, climb the latter on the left and cross the tree trunk.

The next two are on the second level. Take a left as soon as you reach it before activating the stealth section so you can unlock these with little trouble.

House 2
Stand in front of the house just after repairing the roof.

Old-Fashioned Hearth
Another one that's easy to miss. Just stand in front of the jizo to start the dialogue.
Note: if an enemy attacks you at the same time as the dialogue starts, you will unlock the location but miss out on the dialogue. Make sure to check the database to make sure that the location is properly registered.

Floating Lanterns
You'll unlock this one immediately once you get here.
Shiho's Heartscape
Train Station 1
Unlocked during normal progression

Train Station 2
Unlocked during normal progression

Railway Bridge (Top) 1
Halfway though the bridge in the north.

Railway Bridge (Top) 2
Halfway though the bridge in the southeast.

Rest Area
Approach the benches at the start of the area.

Park
Approach the swingset in the top fourth of the third floor.
Hinako's Heartscape
Meadow 1
Approach the marionette next to the travel gimmick.

Meadow 2
Stand here near the northern stage on floor one.

Wastelands 1
Unlocked as soon as you reach the bottom of the slide.

Wastelands 2
This one's more or less unmissable.

Rainbow Bridge
Drop the crystal in the water and cross the bridge.

Riverside
Drop the crystal in the water and cross the bridge.
