This is the image that shows while browsing in the workshop.
  • You can make an image and call it ‘steam.png’ in your mod folder.
  • I use the image size 960x540.
Mod Manager
All done testing? It’s time to upload and publish! You’ll need to open the Mod Manager to upload your mod to steam.
  • Go to steamapps/common/Garden Paws/ModManager/ModManager.exe
  • Open up ModManager.exe

I have a shortcut of the ModManager.exe in my projects folder with my other garden paws content. It's much quicker than navigating to its folder everytime.

Uploading to Steam
Now that your all done, lets upload your mod!
  • Go to File => New
  • Name it exactly the same as your mod file located in your `BittenToast/GardenPaws/Mods` folder.
  • Edit the fields to your liking.
  • Hit the upload button when you're done.
  • Head over to your steam workshop to make any final changes.

Updating Mods
Repeat the uploading process as you had before, keeping the naming convention exactly the same.
Steam Details
A quick look at the tools for managing your mod in the workshop.

Finding Your Mods
  • Hover over your username at the top of steam (next to community).
  • Click on Content.
  • Click on the ‘Workshop Items’ tab.

Owner Controls are found on the right side of the mod page.

Change Visibility
Make sure that visibility is set to public, sometimes the Mod Manager will default it to private even if you choose public.

Edit Title & Description
Edit your title and description here. I keep a copy of my steam description as a text file in my mod folder because description sometimes resets when updating mods.

Add/Edit Images & Videos
Here you can upload images and videos and set their order. This shows up at the top of the description page of your mod.

I like to have a general image followed by images to showcase what I add every update.

Discussions
Discussions are like mini-forums or threads on steam for your mods. It’s on the second tab on the top, next to the description tab. You can pin important discussions, so this is useful for displaying specific information for your mods, like bugs, troubleshooting, item lists/ids, and quest information.
