download the font here[fontshub.pro]
follow the instructions from the original mod just install the font, and this mod and place it in

Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons
and not
Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop

Edit: Get Arame mono regular
