To unlock all achievements you will have to play through this game twice.
I recommend that you play first on Narrative Difficulty because there are more Knives on this difficulty. You can use knives to defend yourselve from enemies but knives are also needed to open Secret Chests for Explorer Achievement. So save your knives and if you use one for defence just reload a save or you may be forced to replay whole chapter later.

After your first playthrough you will probably be forced to play New Game+ to finish upgrading your gear and to max out all skills.

As for gear upgrades I highly recommend that you max out Instruments first.
First upgrade allows you to recycle some item if you don't have space for them in your inventory. That includes knives, pots, piryt and tools. Thanks to this you will get more resources neede to upgrade stuff so you will be upgrading faster.
Second upgrade allows you to upgrade without workbench. Not that usefull but third upgrade allows you to upgrade without tools and so you can recycle all found tools in to upgrade resource.

Pocket laboratory - Fully upgrade the alchemy

Skill level up is counterintuitive. What kind of exp you get depends on how many enemies did you killed. It doesn't matter how they died.

30% or below = Prudence
70% or more = Aggressive
Between 40-60% = Opportunism



Fighter - Fully improve the Aggressive skills



Sneaky - Fully improve the Prudence skills



Malignant - Fully improve the Opportunism skills

Perfect shot - Shoot all the pine cones
