2. Spend an average of:

or

16,666.6 minutes

or

277.7 hours

or

11.5 days

3. Yes, it's a long time.

4. No, it doesn't mean you are guaranteed to achieve it within these 11 and a half days.

With default Steam install would be:

If u get bored waiting the 11.5 days, download Notepad++, edit Assembly-CSharp.dll and replace the following letters on line 56:
4 2 0 _ c o c k s
with
1 _ i n _ 1 m i l
and save the file. Start the game, click 420 times and u get the achievement.
