Hello,
Here is a small guide to get all ribbons.

Note: All of them are obtainable on multiplayer or with bot gameplay (solo). You can do them on any difficulty.


1- MEDAL OF HONOR- Unlock all ranks and "convert" them into a ribbon .
2 - Distinguished Service Medal - Win a game with 1st place on scoreboard. (has to be in Team death match to work)
3 - SILVER STAR - Win a game with 2nd place on scoreboard. (has to be in Team death match to work)

4 - Bronze Star - Win a game with 3rd place on scoreboard. (has to be in Team death match to work)
5 - Galantry Cross - Deal 7000 damage in a single game.
6 - Distinguished Service Cross - Kill 15 enemies in a single game.

7 - Purple heart - Get killed 20 times a single game.
8 - Civic Actions Medal - Help with 10 assists in one game.
9 - National Defense Service Medal - Take 5 objetives in a single game. (play in coquest mode/ with flags)

10 - Vietnam Service medal - Earn 7000 points in one game.
11 - Vietnam Campaign Medal - Just Play a Match
12 - Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal - Spot 15 enemies "highlight them" (hotkey is "c" by default). has to be in a single game

13 - Life Saving Medal - Heal 5 friendlies with the medkits. (in a single game)
14 - Meritous Service Medal - Refill ammo to 5 friendlies with the ammobox. (in a single game)
15 - Special Service Medal - Get 7 consecutive kills in a single game.

16 - Military Merit Medal - Get 10 headshots (in a single game). (Easyer to do do on ricefield with a scoped rifle)
17 - Hamlet Common Defense Medal - Defend 5 objectives. (on conquest mode / with flags)
18 - Medal of Sacrifice - Do 3 sacrifices. (get killed while hiting an enemy with a frag, flamethrower, airstrike)

19 - Good Conduct Medal - Do not do any friendly fire. (in one game)
20 - Order of Ho Chi Minh - Collect all poker set cards and "convert" them into a ribbon.


With all ribbons you will also obtain the "Chest candy" achivement.
