[OUTDATED] [OneShot] Sasamin - Niko (C_Hands Fix)

The fixes are now integrated with the original playermodel, thank you for using this addon.
I might repurpose this into something else sometime in the future. Perhaps a NPC pack or a separate expansion with custom lightwarps? Who knows.



This is pretty much C_Hands fixes for Niko & CarbonCopyCat's Sasamin Niko playermodel port. I really love that playermodel a lot that I wanted to use it with certain weapons but the problem is that at least three of the C_Hands had unnecessary weights on the clavicles which made it stretch out with certain viewmodels of weapons. I went ahead and removed those weights from those bones so it'll look better than it was.

Not much to say about the hands but removing those clavicle weights wasn't really that hard, other than painting the verts that weren't filled in on the ends of the upper arms. The other included C_Hand was the Bridget Niko's which is just adding in a parent bone (Spine4) so it won't cause errors and possibly prevent certain side effects on the playermodel. It's a small fix but I felt that it could be necessary.

C_Hands that were fixed (either removing unused weights / adding parent bones):
‣ Default Niko (shared with variants that uses the default body)
‣ Shadow Niko
‣ Halloween Niko
‣ Bridget Niko

The rest of the C_Hands that weren't included do not have aforementioned problems, and therefore doesn't need any adjustments / fixing.
Protect Niko at all costs, dear reader.


Niko is the playable protagonist of OneShot.

They are tasked with returning the Sun to the Tower and saving the World from dying out. Niko contacts the Player throughout most of the game when in need of help or simply conversation about Niko's and the Player's origins.
