Custom Music
The main menu offers the music manager as a way to add your own music to the game or adjust what titles are played from the default soundtrack.

Some players appear to have issues with manually created Mymusic folders, but there is an alternative:

Go to:

C:\Users\Public\Music

Create another folder "Music" so that you end up at

C:\Users\Public\Music\Music

and put your files in there:

C:\Users\Public\Music\Music\musicfile.wma

I have tested both wma files (e.g. from World Racing) and .flac music files, both of which work.
To use them, ingame, pick them from "Music" (not Mymusic) on the left and add them to the list on the right.
Mods not showing up
After subscribing to mods on the workshop, they will not show up automatically.

When starting the game on Steam, go with the Configuration Launcher option, then go to Mods.

Here you will find a list of your subscribed mods.
To be able to see them ingame, activate them by clicking the corresponding checkbox and saving that choice.
Multiplayer Mode greyed out
Multiplayer is only accessible when "Dev mode" in the launcher is disabled.

To enable or disable it, start the Configuration Launcher through Steam, go to "Mods" and uncheck "Dev Mode", then save.
How to add mods outside of workshop
Opening the game's folder, you will see that the game file structure is different to the retail version CT5.

To be able to add mods manually (or make them if you know how - that'll be a different guide at some point), you can however do as follows:

In the game directory (example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Crash Time Undercover) go to \Data then create a folder named "Modpacks"

Please note that to be able to use this feature, you need to start the game's configuration launcher once, go to Mods and enable "Dev Mode". This locks you out of playing Multiplayer while it is enabled.

=> C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Crash Time Undercover\Data\ModPacks

In here, make a folder with a Custom Name for your Mod, e.g. AudiA9

=> C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Crash Time Undercover\Data\ModPacks\AudiA9

In there, you can now replicate the structure that is to be added to or overwritten.
What that structure looks like, you may find out by opening the pak files in an archival software like 7Zip.

=> C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Crash Time Undercover\Data\ModPacks\AudiA9\Autos\AudiA9car\AudiA9car.mox

When adding cars, please note that the file that is responsible for their handling and showing up ingame has changed and CT5 cars cannot be copied over without splitting their handling into a new file. You will very likely break your installation if you attempt to do this anyways.

The same works for other files, for example replacing the game's menu background would be as follows:

=> C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Crash Time Undercover\Data\ModPacks\MyBGReplacement\Frontend\Backgrounds\MainBackground.tga
