Welcome

Howdy folks! Taskmaster here with another quick guide for Puzzle Quest 3. I had a few moments of free time and decided to gather as much useful information as I could for the adventure Unicornucopia.

No need to prolong it, so here we go...

Unicornucopia

In this adventure you must free the unicorns from their faerie captors! As the name implies, you will be fighting a fair number of Unicorns. It is a pretty short adventure, so you can farm the Fae gift if it is of interest, but most folks in chat seemed to think there was not much here.

UPDATE: The devs have removed the ability to change heroes and restart an adventure, so you cannot farm a non-replayable adventure anymore. There is no reason to buy energy anymore, just use the free energy given each day to complete the adventure.

Battles
Unicornucopia is a one-way, forward-only map, that has two branching portions. You can only take one path, thus you must choose which path you want to proceed down, and what battles you wish to face.

1) Unicorn (1 energy)
2) Imp (1 energy)

The path diverges into two. The left path is short with a single battle, while the right path features two battles, one of which is a dungeon. This path offers access to a merchant and several rewards (Epic rune, epic scroll and random shards).

3) Salamander (1 energy)
3) Unicorn (1 energy)
4) Dungeon (2 energy)

Reward - 1 Epic Rune and 1 Epic Scroll
Merchant 1
Reward - 1 Rare Relic and Random Shards

6) Fae Rose (1 energy)

Again the path splits into two, with the left path featuring two one-off battles, and the right path featuring a dungeon, with access to the merchant.

7) Dungeon 2 (2 energy)

8) Harpy (1 energy)
Merchant 2

9) Dungeon (2 energy)

The last battle (9) is followed by a reward (random legendary rune and random legendary scroll) and the end of the adventure.

Merchant Offerings
There are actually two merchants in this adventure, with one being available to preview, and one not. Merchant 1 is along the first right path, and you cannot preview the wares he has for sale, but you can see them below. Merchant 2 is found along the second right path, and can be previewed.

I do not know if the Legendary Rune is cheaper here than in the Shop. I will try to determine that and provide any insight once I find out.

Fae Gift Offerings
You will have the opportunity to obtain a free Fae Gift. The choices are shown below. Depending on which path you take through the adventure, you can bypass the free gift if you prefer as this is the longer route.
