This guide will show you how to complete Miniputt - Minigreen in the lowest number of shots.
Note: All the other maps allow moving your ball with WASD so I probably wont be guiding them.

I've scouted every hole extensively and have found what I consider to be the best places to line up your shots for the most consistent outcome, However many of these shots are still quite hard to pull off and you will have to be pixel perfect on some of them.

The best score you can achieve by using this guide is: -21 under par

I was playing on Screen Resolution: 1920x1080 (60fps) with Graphics Quality: Splendid


Start the game and head inside the Vertiginous Golf Store, walk to the back and click on Courses.
Select Vertiginous Courses > Miniputt - Minigreen - Hole 1/9 Par. (-21 Possible Miniputt Course).

its possible to backup your save file after each hole and restore your progress if you mess up.

You can backup your save file without exiting the game, just pause at the start of a new hole.
Press the Windows key + R and type regedit in the search box then export the folder below.

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Kinelco & Lone Elk\Vertiginous Golf

To restore a save file you'll need to exit the game and then double click the file you exported.

Shot 1: Easy + Consistent.
This map starts with a very easy shot as long as you give it enough power.


Shot 2: Easy + Consistent.
Line up with the floating gas tank and make sure the rotating barrier is out of your way.


Miniputt Hole in One
Score a hole in one on a Miniputt hole

Shot 1: Slightly Hard + Very Inconsistent.
This is one of those shots where every pixel matters or you won't come close to the target.


Shot 2: Trivial.
Thankfully after overcoming the first shot you are given a very easy putt to finish.

Shot 1: Inconsistent.
Shoot very slightly under full power and the ball should roll into the hole at the end.

Its very easy to complete this hole in a single shot however this requires going through the "Free Stroke" hole which will end the level in 0 strokes and this will not count on your score card at all.

Shot 1: Slightly Inconsistent.
Aim for the top left corner of the ramp on the right side of the map.


Shot 2: Trivial.
You'll be right in front of the hole if everything goes well with the first shot.

Shot 1: Slightly Hard and Inconsistent.
The spinning triangle can block your ball but it moves too fast to predict so this is mostly luck.


Shot 2: Slightly Hard But Consistent.
Aim around 1 pixel to the left of the inner pipe ring seen in the screenshot below.


Shot 3: Simple + Consistent.
Picking out the right fence picket to aim for can be tricky so you will need to eyeball it a little.

Shot 1: Very Hard But Consistent.
This shot is all about timing and can be extremely frustrating. You need to shoot at the exact moment the ramp starts moving to the right.


Shot 2: Slightly Hard and Inconsistent.
Aim ever so slightly to the left of the hole.

Shot 1: Slightly Hard + Slightly Inconsistent.
Start by lining up your shot with the 5th fence picket after the white line and then zoom out using the mouse wheel. Shoot when the rotating conveyor belts are close to covering the hole.


Shot 2: Easy But Somewhat Inconsistent.
Where you land after the first shot can be a little random but the next shot should be easy. You just need to hit your ball up the ramp and land in / near the centre of the conveyor belt above.

Shot 1: Hard + Very Inconsistent.
This shot requires pixel perfect precision and accuracy, follow the image below as best you can.


Shot 2: Trivial.
Thankfully after overcoming the first shot you are given a very easy putt to finish.

Shot 1: Slightly Hard + Slightly Inconsistent.
Here you'll want to line your shot up with the first line in H on the sign for Hypocaust.
Make sure the rotating pipe (seen underneath) is just about to face you before taking your shot.


Shot 2: Trivial.
You should go down the pipe on your first shot and be in a position for a very easy second shot.

Score 20 under par on a Miniputt course



If you've been save scumming up until this point then you can restore your last save file and recomplete the final hole in 21 shots to unlock another achievement for scoring exactly par.
